Weekly rewind

I have had a great week this week. I dropped 2.5 lbs and have managed to fit in my scheduled exercise.

I am trying this whole lower calorie, higher calorie day thing, I’m sure y ou all have heard of it, basically you never eat the same amount of calories each day. They say it helps your fool your metabolism. Apparently it is working.

This forum is really keeping me motivated. thanks to everyone.

Back to the grind

Ok, so after a party filled weekend I am back to the grind. I am really trying this whole forgive yourself when you backpeddle and it seems to be working.

I must admit I totally overindulged this Easter weekend, gotta be honest I am sick to my stomach too much crapola went into my mouth.

In order to get right back on I said the past is the past and it is done…move forward. I woke up had a healthy breakfast and headed to the gym for and hour and a half. NICE!!!!

I am off to the grocery store where I will stock up on goodness.

 Be well!

Right on

It has been about a week and I have been right on target. I can’t exercise everyday but I can eat well. So far I have been diligent in tracking and measure my food intake and it is all paying off.

I hope everyone out there stays motivated for a better you.

Happy Easter.

journey to pregnancy

Hello all~

I have gained quite a bit of wieght in my two and a half year marriage, Partly because I am always on the run and eat poorly and the other part that I feel confident in my relationship with my husband. Well, we recently decided that we want to start a family this summer and from what I read it can be rather difficult to conceive while being overweight, plus the numerous health problems that can occur while pregnant. So I thought now would be the best time to get it together and start the weight loss journey. I don’t expect to lose too much before we start but I am aiming for 20-25 lbs. I need some encouragement to keep me focused, so if anyone has wise words, I would love to hear them.
